Office of the USF President
As Chief Executive Officer of the University of South Florida, Steven C. Currall, PhD, oversees a university serving more than 49,000 students enrolled in over 235 degree programs on the undergraduate, masters, specialist and doctoral levels across three campuses.
Office of the USF Sarasota-Manatee Campus Regional Chancellor
Karen A. Holbrook, PhD, is the Regional Chancellor at the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus.
The USF Sarasota-Manatee Campus Senior Leadership
The Senior Leadership is the on-campus team at the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus that comprises the Regional Chancellor, Regional Vice Chancellors, Assistant Vice Presidents and select Directors.
The USF Sarasota-Manatee Campus Advisory Board
The Sarasota-Manatee campus advisory board consists of seven community leaders who serve four year terms. The board has the powers and duties which includes authority to approve and submit an annual operating plan, budget, and legislative budget requests to the USF Board of Trustees while serving as campus advocates to the community.
Community Leadership Council (CLC)
The CLC's charge is to advise the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus board and management team about program and service priorities, and advocate and present information on campus priorities to the community and elected officials. The council has four committees: Community Affairs, Executive, Program and Public Advocacy.
USF Board of Trustees
The USF Board of Trustees was created in 2001 and is responsible for cost-effective policy decisions appropriate to the USF mission and the implementation and maintenance of high quality education programs within the laws and rules of the State.
State University System Board of Governors
USF is a member of the Florida State University System (SUS). The SUS comprises 12 state universities and operates under the control of the Board of Governors.
